Site redesign and surveys

I've received a few negative comments about the colors I was using for the blog background and text, so I decided to redesign it in the hopes of making it more reader-friendly. I'm still trying to stick with the same general color scheme (which was chosen to mimic the Belgian flag, as you can see by its prescence on the site now!), but hopefully this will be easier on everyone's eyes.
